Rice:
Water, Rice, Salt, and Soybean Oil

Gravy:
Spinach, Paneer (Indian soft cheese), Onions, Cream, Water, Yogurt (Grade A Pasteurized Milk), Soybean Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Spices, Butter, Green Chili, Salt, and Lemon Juice

Contains: Milk

Heating Instructions (Do not thaw)

  1. Puncture film 2 to 3 times.

  2. Heat on High setting for 3 to 3½ minutes.

  3. Carefully remove film to avoid steam burns.

Safe Handling:

Cook thoroughly.
Discard bowl after use.
