Ingredients

Rice:
Water, Basmati Rice, Soybean Oil and Salt.

Chana Masala:
Garbanzo Beans, Onions, Tomato (water, diced tomato, tomato paste, tomato juice, salt, calcium chloride and citric acid), Water, Soybean Oil, Spices, Ginger, Garlic, Salt and Green Chili.

Heating Instructions (Do not thaw)

  1. Puncture film 2 to 3 times.

  2. Heat on High setting for 3 to 3-1/2 minutes.

  3. Carefully remove film to avoid steam burns.

Safe Handling:
Cook thoroughly.
Discard bowl after use.
